Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Sales/marketing experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Experience managing systems, processes, and people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch sales and service delivery to meet financial targets (sales, fees, gross profit, and contribution).
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, referral partners, payor sources, and customers.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of branch staff; monitor performance.
• Oversee HR activities including interviewing, hiring, payroll processing, and employee relations.
