Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying Chase's culture and values.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and engage with the community.
