• Ability to travel to and work at other branches, as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team with one-on-one coaching and development plans.
• Drive customer experience and business growth through data-driven strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to BSA/AML, regulatory, security and bank policies.
