Job summary

Qualifications

Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
3 years' Branch Management experience or equivalent retail management.
5 years' proven experience in sales, service, and operations.
Ability to travel to and work at other branches, as needed.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop team with one-on-one coaching and development plans.
Drive customer experience and business growth through data-driven strategies.
Ensure operational excellence and adherence to BSA/AML, regulatory, security and bank policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Foster a culture of inclusion and community involvement.
