Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years' Branch Management experience or equivalent retail management.
• 5 years' proven experience in sales, service, and operations.
• Ability to travel to and work at other branches, as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team by conducting one-on-one meetings and individualized development plans.
• Drive customer experience by delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with customers.
• Develop and execute strategies for growth, sales, and retention while leveraging data and technology.
• Ensure operational excellence, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
