Job summary

Columbia Bank in Coeur d'Alene, ID is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, drive growth, and deliver Breakthrough Client Service while making the branch the bank of choice in the local community.

The role requires banking leadership experience, consumer and business lending exposure, and a commitment to community involvement. The position is onsite with competitive incentives and developer programs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 2 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership and coaching.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services with business acumen.
• Membership in local community organizations and community leadership involvement.
• Complies with SAFE Act requirements and related mortgage licensing as applicable.
• Notary certification preferred.
• Ability to manage deposits and loan portfolios including less complex relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associates, supervise staffing and performance.
• Achieve branch P&L, growth targets and manage expenses.
• Maintain consistent audit results through sound operational practices.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide meaningful client solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consumers, public figures, businesses, and charitable organizations.
• Embodies the bank's core values in daily interactions with associates, customers, and stakeholders.
