Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional client service and establishing the branch as the local bank of choice.

You will drive growth by developing new relationships, managing loan and deposit portfolios, and ensuring efficient operations with strong audit results. The role requires MLO duties, compliance with SAFE Act, and active community involvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of banking experience, including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 2 years of banking/retail management experience with coaching and performance management.
• Proficiency with banking products and services and understanding core processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to deliver Breakthrough Client Service and grow branch relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, growth targets, and expenses.
• Ensure audits are passed through sound operational practices.
• Partner with Retail and cross-functional teams to provide client solutions.
• Maintain relationships with consumers, businesses, and community organizations.
