Job summary

Columbia Bank in Sumner, WA seeks a Branch Manager to lead a team delivering Breakthrough Client Service and grow the local client base. You will manage P&L, branch portfolio, and staffing while ensuring compliance and strong audit results.

You’ll develop relationships with consumers, businesses, and community leaders, embodying the bank’s core values in every interaction. The role requires onsite work and local community involvement.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in banking, business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years banking experience with consumer lending, exposure to business lending origination.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associate performance and development while managing appropriate branch staffing levels.
• Responsible for branch P&L, achieving growth targets, managing the branch's portfolio, and managing expenses.
• Achieve satisfactory audit results through sound operational practices.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide client solutions per Retail strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consumers, public figures, businesses, and charities in the local community.
