• Ensure audit compliance and internal controls; perform branch cash audits and regulatory checks.
• Drive sales and product promotions; coordinate resources for branch goals.

• Prepare and review branch reports; participate in internal committees.
• Develop branch staff through training, delegation and performance reviews.
• Maintain security and protect deposits; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
