Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or lending.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of retail lending policies and branch operations.
• Strong credit analysis skills in personal cash flow and business cash flow.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and coach others.
• Excellent communication and conflict-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and service plan to drive growth.
• Coach staff to improve sales and service quality.
• Represent the bank in the community and build additional business relationships.
• Plan and lead weekly sales meetings; monitor sales tracking and performance.
• Ensure profitability and growth of the loan portfolio with quality credit decisions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and internal controls across branch operations.
