Job summary

QCR Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Community Banker Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Community Bankers in Retail Banking. The role includes supervising staff, training, and supporting the Branch Manager to deliver excellent client service.

Responsibilities span ensuring accurate transactions, maintaining cash controls, and promoting bank products. Weekend availability and travel to other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ banking, client service, or related experience with cash handling.
• One-year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to set clear expectations and hold staff accountable to performance.
• Data entry using banking software and Microsoft 365 with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily duties for Community Bankers and assist with complex transactions.
• Lead and deliver new-hire training and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and security protocols.
• Balance ATM and vault operations; monitor cash levels.
• Promote products and services to retail customers and cross-sell.
