Job summary

Bank Branch Co. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lending activity and staff leadership in a full-service branch.

You will collaborate with Retail Management on deposits, loans, products and procedures while delivering superior customer service and promoting a relationship-building culture. You will coach and supervise team members, drive sales, referrals and retention of relationships, and participate in community events to raise the bank's visibility and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in branch management or related field.
• Experience in branch management operations, lending and supervision.
• Knowledge of state and federal banking regulations and product/services.
• Experience in lending activities and loan terminology.
• Sales and marketing experience with ability to cross-sell bank products.
• Strong reading, interpretation and communication skills.
• Organizational, time management and delegation abilities.
• Basic HR law knowledge and policy understanding.
• Proficiency with office software and host computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and administration to achieve branch goals.
• Lead, coach and supervise branch staff for excellent customer service.
• Partner with Retail Management on deposits and loan initiatives and procedures.
• Drive new business through sales management, referrals and customer relationships.
• Represent the branch in community events to increase visibility and opportunities.
• Execute policies and procedures, ensure compliance and risk controls.
