You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, vendor relations, CO-OP Shared Branching, RTP initiatives, and collaboration with Lending, Contact Center, and other departments to ensure compliance, security, and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Regular attendance and timeliness are essential.
• Compliance training and testing completed.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to standards and exceptional member service.
• Align branch goals with organizational objectives to grow membership and deposits.
• Design and implement plans to reach branch performance targets.
• Submit annual capital budget proposals and manage branch expenses.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor contracts and SLAs.
• Lead CO-OP Shared Branching participation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports; lead regular staff meetings.
• Oversee ITM operations and ITM staff for reporting and quality control.
• Support Real‑Time Payments initiatives and staff training.
• Assist senior leadership on special projects and community engagement.
