The candidate will manage branch performance, engage in community events, and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory requirements. Schedule includes weekdays with occasional Saturdays.”

Qualifications

• Self-directed and able to make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Sales management including prospecting, cross selling, pipeline and activity management.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching qualities that build teamwork and productivity.
• Proficient in MS Office products and able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional member service.
• Grow branch production and assets by influencing employee behavior in member conversations.
• Develop external partnerships to acquire and expand business relationships.
• Represent the credit union in the community and at events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and profitability expectations.
