Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy Kansas branch. You will drive growth in deposits and investments, oversee operations, and coach a team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will complete Branch Manager Training and may travel for in-person training and meetings; weekend/evening hours are required. This role includes risk management responsibilities and compliance with lending acts and NMLS requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to empower employees and drive results.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing branch priorities while planning for growth.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making abilities.
• Experience building a strong risk and control environment and adhering to policies.
• Ability to influence, educate, and connect team, partners, and clients with technology.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
