Job summary

Orrstown Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee one or more branch offices, driving profitability and exceptional client service in the local market. You will supervise branch staff, coach the team, and lead business development efforts to grow loans, deposits, and overall performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least four years in banking or financial services, with strong communication, sales, and credit analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• A minimum of four (4) years relative banking or progressive financial industry experience.
• Strong reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, interpersonal relations, management and sales skills.
• Proven track record in sales calling to cultivate business development.
• Knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate staff and manage high workloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more branch offices to meet community financial service needs and profitability objectives.
• Provide direct supervision to branch personnel and foster collaboration across retail, business lines and management.
• Develop new business for the Bank as part of the business development program and objectives.
• Prepare branch reports and supervise opening/closing, vault security, and staffing.
• Lead sales and service efforts, set goals with supervisors, and drive growth in loans and deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products/services and cross-sell to clients.
• Coordinate with marketing and participate in community events to retain/new client base.
