The role includes coaching, training design, experiential assignments, and preparing analyses that demonstrate the impact of leadership development efforts on business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-10 years in leadership development or related fields.
• Experience coaching leaders and facilitating group learning.
• Experience creating learning content and instructional materials.
• Financial services or banking experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports leadership development programs aligned with strategy.
• Maintains frameworks for leadership capabilities relevant to objectives.
• Supports training, coaching, and experiential assignments.
• Fosters a culture of knowledge exchange, coaching, and training.
• Promotes training and career pathing initiatives.
