Formación

• Minimum 3 years relative banking or progressive financial industry experience with emphasis on consumer lending.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Banking Specialist II and III.
• Support development of associate knowledge of bank products and services.
• Lead coaching and performance reviews for branch staff.
• Assist with branch opening and end-of-day processes.
• Ensure branch staffing supports positive client experience.
• Maintain risk controls and adherence to bank policies.
