Job summary

Orrstown Bank is seeking a Banking Specialist I to act as the branch's primary liaison for paying and receiving transactions and basic client servicing. You will engage clients in conversation, identify needs, and guide them toward simple solutions while upholding risk controls and courtesy standards.

In this role you will balance teller drawers daily, support onboarding of new associates, and develop knowledge across bank products and services to cross-sell appropriately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with bank products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Through active client conversations, supports branch goals with deposit growth and referrals.
• Provides exceptional client experience during routine transactions and balances teller cash drawer daily.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of bank products and channels to identify client needs.
• Proficient in online/mobile banking and debit card management.
