Job summary

ORNL Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for our Loudon, TN location. This leadership role focuses on placing members at the center of all we do while driving branch growth and ensuring excellent service.

You will hire, mentor, and manage staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain strong member relationships. The Branch Manager leads day-to-day operations, processes loans and deposits, and coordinates staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience.
• Minimum 1 year of employee management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to meet organizational and growth plans.
• Hire, motivate, develop and direct staff; evaluate performance and determine promotions.
• Process consumer loans and deposits; assist members with accounts and products as needed.
• Develop and mentor Assistant Branch Managers and Head Tellers for leadership roles.
• Manage branch budget and monitor variances; ensure accurate reporting.
