Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of employee management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews potential employees to fulfill staffing needs; hires, motivates, develops and directs staff for branch growth.
• Manages deposits, withdrawals, loans and related services; ensures compliance with underwriting and policies.
• Leads staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews; builds a high performing team.
• Creates, monitors, and reports on branch budget and growth metrics; engages with the community.
