The role requires bilingual Spanish/English capabilities and experience in supervision, financial services, and customer service. You will partner with community groups and lead staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience.
• Minimum 1 year of employee management experience.
• Associate's degree in Business, Financial Management, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to meet financial, service and growth plans.
• Hire, motivate, develop and direct staff to achieve branch growth.
• Assist members with accounts, loans, deposits, and problem resolution.
• Develop budget, monitor variances, and prepare reports.
• Conduct staff meetings, training and performance reviews.
