Truist in the United States is seeking a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, drive performance, coach teams, and develop small business and affluent client relationships. The role emphasizes compliance, cross-team collaboration, and community engagement.

The position requires leadership experience, strong interpersonal and sales skills, and SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days. Regular, full-time work with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsabilités

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development to deliver strong team and individual performance in Small Business and related areas.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and client acquisition strategies.
• Engage in civic and professional activities to prospect and develop new business and build the Truist Brand.
• Lead, coach and motivate branch teammates to meet client financial needs and team goals.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures, controls and training requirements.
• Make human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
