Woodforest National Bank in Virginia seeks a Branch Manager I to run the Bedford branch with an entrepreneurial mindset, owning operations and growth. You will lead sales, deposits, and deposits growth while delivering exceptional service and ensuring regulatory compliance.

As the face of Woodforest, you will recruit and develop a high-performing team, foster community partnerships, and drive an outstanding customer experience through a technology-forward banking approach.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• Or a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the branch as a business owner – driving performance and growth.
• Lead with accountability, achieve sales goals and measure results.
• Oversee branch operations including compliance, security, and cash handling.
• Deliver exceptional service, coach staff, and refer clients to wealth management.
• Build relationships within the local community and partner with Retail for engagement.
