Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Russellville, KY is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving sales, deposits, and customer relationships. You will oversee operations, compliance, and a team focused on delivering the Woodforest Experience through personalized service and strategic partnerships within the local community.

You will build a high-performing, values-driven team, manage resources, and foster client relationships while embracing digital banking

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• OR a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.

• Operate the branch as a business unit, driving performance and profitability.
• Lead with accountability and achieve sales goals while measuring results.
• Manage branch operations, compliance, security, and cash handling to ensure efficiency.
