Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Motivate the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying the company culture and values.
• Lead the branch to grow deposits and investments using the Branch Scorecard.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships.
