Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy Chase Branch, delivering attentive and friendly service while growing deposits and investments. You will coach the team, manage operations, and represent the brand with hospitality and strong technology solutions.

The role requires mentoring staff, maintaining risk controls, and building local community relationships. You will require leadership experience in Retail Banking, a solid education background, and flexibility to work branch hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• College degree or military equivalent.

• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
