Job summary

North Coast is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead a team, drive profitability, and meet customer requirements. You will build forecasts, lead strategic initiatives for market share growth, and develop customer-centric strategies across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

You will supervise daily operations, manage sales goals and costs, oversee cycle counts and pricing implementation, and mentor the staff.

Qualifications

• 5 years Industry Experience.
• 2 years Management or Supervisory Experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years.
• Strong Sales experience in both Contractor and Industrial Markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to profitability and meet customer requirements.
• Build forecasts and drive market share growth.
• Develop residential, commercial, and industrial customer-centric strategies.
• Drive market-leading customer service with a best-in-class team of industry professionals.
• Demonstrate strong sales leadership and support account managers.
