Qualifications

• Experience leading a service department or field service team.
• Proven ability to manage technicians, scheduling, and performance metrics.

• Ability to drive operational improvements and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Service Department and field team.
• Manage technician scheduling, workload, utilization, and coverage.
• Establish and monitor service metrics and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop team; drive recruiting and onboarding as needed.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to align resources and service delivery.
• Monitor performance with focus on productivity, service quality, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop scalable service processes and programs for growth.
