Environmental Pest Management LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in North Carolina to lead branch operations, drive profitability, and ensure service excellence. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, safety, and contractor performance while aligning with company policies and growth goals.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial reports, supervising Service Managers, coordinating with the technical team, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction across commercial and residential accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience or a 4-year degree with 3 years of management experience.
• Experience managing 3+ people.
• Holds a current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work 7:30 am – 6:00 pm with extended hours during busy season.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational reports to understand cost and revenue results, identify drivers and grow the business.
• Directly supervise Service Managers and indirectly oversee Service Technicians.
• Lead staffing, hiring, training, and safety compliance for the branch.
• Manage branch budget and ensure profitability and growth.
• Participate in large commercial bids and respond to urgent customer concerns 24/7.
• Provide hands-on coaching and audit large accounts for improvements.
