Job summary

HairClub is seeking a Center Manager in San Diego to lead all center operations, drive sales, member experience, profitability and safety. You will hire, train, and manage center talent while holding the team accountable.

This role requires at least five years of management and strong sales and client relationship experience, with a focus on coaching and achieving aggressive growth targets, while maintaining a safe, engaging member environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a relevant management role.
• Experience in sales and long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, lead and train your team to optimize development.
• Increase member retention and growth for the Center.
• Implement and execute HairClub's strategies, programs, and communications
• Staff and lead your Center team.
• Drive focus on the ultimate member and employee experience.
• Meet or exceed Center revenue and profitability goals and continually improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
