Job summary

FirstBank Florida is seeking a Branch Manager to plan, direct and supervise marketing, sales and service activities to achieve deposits, loan growth and revenue goals. You will oversee service quality, security, and staff performance while maintaining communications with upper management.

You will ensure compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC policies, train staff, and drive community banking initiatives to build lasting relationships with commercial and middle-market clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business admin or related field.
• Three years of managerial experience in banking or lending.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, loan documentation and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage branch marketing, sales and services to meet goals.
• Ensure service quality, security and audit integrity at the branch.
• Train and develop staff; maintain communications with upper management.
• Adhere to BSA, AML and OFAC policies and complete required trainings.
• Develop lending knowledge and refer loan opportunities to Commercial/Residential teams.
• Execute sales and relationship strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide referrals to Treasury and Lending Specialists for cross-sell.
