Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive growth in deposits and investments, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role requires guiding staff through coaching, development, and strong community engagement while upholding the bank's risk controls and policies.

The position supports the Chase Consumer & Community Banking division, offering training through our Branch Manager program and opportunities to expand leadership capabilities across branches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, with adherence to policies.
• Proven ability to influence, educate, and connect teams, partners, and clients with technology.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch by sharing a clear vision and embodying Chase's culture and values.
• Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and recognizing achievement.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and community engagement.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment and protecting the company and clients.
