Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local team within our Consumer & Community Banking division in the United States. The role emphasizes culture, customer excellence, and strong risk controls, with a required Branch Manager Training Program and travel for in-person sessions.

You will coach staff, grow deposits and investments using the Branch Scorecard, and build enduring client relationships while maintaining high integrity and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a branch team to meet growth goals.
• Strong risk management and adherence to policies.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
