Job summary

Truist is seeking a Branch Leader to drive branch performance and revenue through Small Business and Mass Affluent client strategies. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and collaboration with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance and strong teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in financial services, and at least 1 year of branch leadership experience, with a focus on customer relationships and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist values.
• Drive branch business development across Small Business, Mass Affluent and IRM partnerships.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and client strategies.
• Represent the branch in civic and professional groups to prospect and build the Truist Brand.
• Lead and coach branch teammates to align with Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
