Job summary

Truist seeks a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch in the United States. You will coach and drive performance, develop small business and mass affluent client relationships, conduct face-to-face meetings, and lead a team to meet Truist goals while maintaining compliance with policies and risk controls.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, prior branch leadership experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and pass an NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist values.
• Drive branch performance and revenue through small business and client strategies.
• Lead client appointments, outbound calls, and prospecting for growth.
• Engage in civic and business groups to develop new business and brand.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk policies and training.
