Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of an assigned branch. The role focuses on driving performance through coaching, development, and strong client relationships, and on expanding small business and mass affluent client activity.

You will ensure compliance with internal controls and risk policies, handle human capital decisions, and collaborate with IRM and operations to promote One Team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image and instill Truist values.
• Drive branch performance and client revenue through Small Business and IRM partnerships.
• Lead, coach and motivate the branch team to achieve goals.
• Develop new business through community involvement and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and ethics.
• Manage human capital: interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Cross-train to assist with teller transactions as needed.
