Job summary

Truist is seeking a Branch Leader to drive branch performance and client growth in a fast-paced environment. You will lead, coach, and empower the team while managing daily operations and risk controls.

Strong relationship-building with Small Business and Mass Affluent segments will be essential. The role requires prior branch leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a commitment to Truist’s Purpose and Values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Two years of financial services or related experience, with leadership exposure.
• One year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image and align team with Truist values.
• Drive branch performance and business development in core segments.
• Lead client appointments, prospecting, and relationship growth.
• Engage in community activities to build Truist brand.
• Oversee branch operations, compliance, and risk controls.
• Coach and develop team, manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure One Team culture.
