Job summary

Qualifications

Must be proficient in all aspects of the job.
Requires basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
Three plus years of supervisory experience.
Minimum of three years progressively more responsible experience within a financial organization.
PA Notary and Medallion Signature Certification.
S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act compliance and related regulations.

Responsibilities

Implements and models Q2 Service and Sales programs to meet goals.
Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales, service, and profitability objectives.
Supervise and coach branch staff to deliver superior customer service while aligning with Q2 Service.
Assist Branch Manager with audit readiness, compliance, and risk management.
Open/close branch and manage daily operations, including cash handling and security.
