Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong PC/software knowledge.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads and identifying customer financial needs.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Assist with daily sales activity through branch staff coaching and pre-shift huddles.
• Coordinate and complete operational duties: scheduling, vault cash, opening/closing, and adherence to policy.
