Horizon Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager I to lead day-to-day operations at a single branch, coach a team, grow member relationships, and ensure top-tier service. You will oversee performance metrics, staff development, and community outreach while aligning with our CORE Values.

The role emphasizes member service, loans, deposits, and compliance within a growth-focused, community-oriented environment. A Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of financial services experience including lending, branch operations, sales, and member service.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency with core banking, lending, digital banking and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Educate members during interactions to deepen relationships and identify needs.
• Lead branch sales and service through coaching and performance management.
• Monitor branch metrics such as deposits, loans, and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop staff and promote a high-quality service culture.
