Qualifications

• 5+ Years experience in Retail sales management.
• 12+ Months Santander experience in related functions with endorsements.
• 3+ Years experience selling products/services in an incentive-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall branch performance and lead team to meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
