Associated Bank is seeking a Bank Manager to lead a dynamic branch team, drive sales and service goals, and deepen customer relationships. This role oversees daily branch operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with internal departments to deliver financial solutions to the community.

The position requires leadership experience, a strong sales background, and a commitment to inclusive customer service and community involvement. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of goals-based sales experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
