Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of financial services or retail experience.
• Minimum two years of general management experience.
• Minimum three years with demonstrated success selling products in a retail banking environment.
• Must be bondable.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach frontline staff to promote UFCU products and meet sales goals.
• Create a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Ensure branch operations align with UFCU policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staffing, training, and employee relations.
• Oversee teller, new accounts, loan closing and electronic delivery services.
• Hold staff accountable to goals and procedures.
• Adhere to policies and complete regulatory training.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, AML, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and Fair Lending.
