Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Branch Manager in Round Rock, TX, to lead a team in growing member relationships and delivering exceptional service. This role supervises daily branch operations, staffing, and adherence to federal/state laws and UFCU policies.

The Branch Manager will coach frontline staff, drive sales of UFCU products, and ensure quality service across teller, new accounts, and loan closing functions within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of financial services or retail experience.
• Minimum two years of general management experience.
• Minimum three years with demonstrated success selling products within a retail banking environment or financial services.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops staff to promote UFCU products and services.
• Manages branch operations, staffing, training, and employee relations.
• Delivers personal financial services via teller, new accounts, loan closing, and electronic delivery systems.
• Ensures quality service and adherence to UFCU policies and procedures.
• Sets and holds staff accountable to goals and branch initiatives.
• Complies with all laws, regulations, and internal controls.
