Job summary

University Federal Credit Union (UFCU) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, grow member relationships and deliver exceptional service at the Round Rock branch. The BM supervises daily operations, staffing, training, and ensures compliance with banking regulations and UFCU policies.

You will coach staff, drive sales of UFCU products, and uphold UFCU's values of member obsession, performance and integrity while achieving branch objectives and providing a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of financial services or retail experience.
• Minimum two years of general management experience.
• Minimum three years selling products within a retail banking environment.
• Must be bondable.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches frontline staff in promotion and sales of UFCU products and services to meet/exceed branch sales objectives.
• Creates and maintains a high-performing team environment and monitors performance to reach goals.
• Oversees branch operations, staffing, training and employee relations across the branch.
• Ensures delivery of personal financial services through teller, new accounts, loans and electronic delivery systems; assures quality service.
