Job summary

Gesa Credit Union in Chehalis, WA, seeks a Branch Service Manager/Team Leader to supervise branch operations, drive member service excellence, and lead a high-performing team. The role includes budgeting, business development, and mentoring staff across MSA, PFR, and Sr. roles.

You will deepen member relationships, promote credit union products, and ensure safety, compliance, and strong community presence. Prior supervisory experience in retail banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent; two-year degree preferred.
• At least one year lending and account opening experience; prior management experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred; ability to maintain confidentiality and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and resolve member concerns with prompt follow-up.
• Understand financial literacy products and services to advise members.
• Oversee branch operations, budgeting, staffing, and performance; coach and mentor team members.
• Engage in community events to promote the credit union and branch goals.
• Open consumer accounts, process lending applications, and ensure regulatory compliance.
