Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager for a New York area Chase Branch. You will lead and coach the team, drive deposits and investments, and manage branch operations with a focus on hospitality and client experience.

You will collaborate with experts to deliver tailored financial solutions and leverage cutting-edge technology to serve clients. The role requires strong leadership, a track record in Retail Banking, and willingness to work weekend/evening hours.

• You have the strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved.
• You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
