Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in New York to lead daily operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications

2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Preferred college degree or military equivalent.

Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.

Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to stay ahead in the industry.
Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence.
Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, adhering to policies.
