Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch, delivering attentive service, growing deposits and investments, and coaching the team for success. You will represent our brand with hospitality and implement cutting-edge financial technology.

You will build relationships with local businesses, maintain risk and controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The training program and travel for in-person sessions are part of the role.

• You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, you demonstrate a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies.
• You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved.
• You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
