Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Leadership experience with coaching and empowerment.
• Experience creating and maintaining a high-performing team.
• Comfort with using technology to assist clients.
